Owner / PresidentRobert has over 35 years’ experience in millwrighting, steel fabricating, design, and welding. He holds his AZ License, Crane Certification, and is a Welding Supervisor, providing a wealth of expertise in all facets of the structural steel industry. His innovative ideas keep SCI at the leading edge of structural steel fabrication and erection, equipping the team with advanced equipment, procedures, and strong health and safety practices.

Owner / Office ManagerNicole has served as Office Manager at SCI for 11 years, overseeing Accounts Receivable, Customer Relations, Shipping and Receiving, and many other critical office functions. With a background in Human Resources and Office Management, she brings deep knowledge of the structural steel fabrication industry and invaluable oversight to the South Central team.

Chief EstimatorGordon has been with SCI for 2 years, leading estimation, project management, and site coordination, backed by over 36 years of experience in the structural steel industry. A graduate of construction engineering technology with a broad general construction background, Gordon is known for a keen eye for detail, clear communication, and high standards on every project.

Production Shop ManagerNick joined SCI from Niagara Structural Steel, where he worked as a Fitter/Welder, Machine Operator, and Machine Programmer before holding a Shop Foreman position for 8 years. With over 20 years’ experience in the industry and 2 years at South Central Industrial, Nick brings sharp attention to detail and strong daily leadership to the shop fabrication team.

DetailerJason brings over 5 years of CAD experience in the construction industry to SCI, currently implementing Tekla software and company standards into shop drawings. He also programs the company’s Python X robotic fabrication machine, focusing on drafting precision and production efficiency for a high level of customer satisfaction.
